As a woman in leadership and a mother, I understand the pressures, responsibilities and mental load of striving to meet high standards at work while navigating the many other demands of life.

Having spent over a decade in senior leadership within girls' education, my belief in the potential of girls and women as leaders has only grown stronger. I've seen women lead with integrity, kindness and high expectations, often while navigating self-doubt or pressure to fit traditional ideas of leadership.

These experiences, together with my belief that ambition and humanity belong together, are what brought me to leadership coaching.

Alongside my leadership experience, I hold an ILM Level 7 Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors, completed through the British School of Coaching.
