Facilitating reflective conversations that help organisations examine their culture, expectations and working practices, and identify their own ways to better support mothers in leadership.
My approach
We're often told that women can have it all. Yet many workplaces still aren't structured to fully support the realities of motherhood alongside leadership.
I know from personal experience how challenging this can be.
